The 2023 tax statements will drop in the mail this Friday, October 6th. Taxes are due upon receipt of your statement, but do not go delinquent until February 1, 2024. You must pay your taxes in full BEFORE February 1st to avoid penalty and interest. Penalty and interest will be added to all unpaid bills on FEBRUARY 1st.
If you are Over 65, SSI Disabled, or a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran and wish to pay your taxes in quarterly installments, you must inform the CAD at the time you make the 1st installment due before February 1, 2024.
There are several options available for you to pay your taxes:
If you choose to pay online by credit card or checking account, you may do so by clicking the “PAY TAXES ONLINE” button on the website, or you may call our office and we will assist you. Please remember there will be a 2.4% processing fee added to all credit card payments by Certified Payments, (the third-party company that handles credit card payments for the district), or a $1.50 charge for using your checking account.
